Case Study of Water Margin Road and Jinhe Road Lighting Project in Yuncheng County, Heze City

The Water Margin Cultural City is a key tourism project supported by the Shandong Provincial Tourism Bureau, as well as a key project for the development of tourism in Heze City. It is also the only 3A level scenic spot in Yuncheng. It is a comprehensive cultural landscape that includes the martial arts exchange of Songjiang Martial Arts School, the display of the Water Margin Cultural Street style, and the wonderful performance of the Dog Art Troupe. It is a microcosm of Water Margin culture, attracting tourists to visit the hometown of 72 Water Margin heroes, regain their loyalty, and experience boldness! In September 2017, a renovation project was carried out for the aging street lamps on Shuihu Road and Jinhe Road, replacing the original 400W high-pressure sodium lamps with 250W ones, totaling 389 lamps. Lighting fixtures provide necessary visibility for vehicles and pedestrians at night. Road lighting can improve traffic conditions, reduce driver fatigue, enhance road capacity and ensure traffic safety. In addition, it can also beautify the city.
